Dear Kimberly, Thanks for your message. I'd like to clarify a few things. The photos in the listing are an honest and accurate representation of the painting. No filters were used to lighten or enhance the image. The picture's where taken in the photo studio. The painting appears exactly as shown. It’s an old piece, and natural signs of age were clearly mentioned in the description. This painting is actually worth several thousand euros on the market. You acquired it at a very favorable price through the auction, it was truly a bargain. As for the frame, it was carefully packaged, and I even chose a more expensive shipping method (DHL Express on airplane) out of goodwill to reduce the risk of damage. Minor chips can unfortunately occur during transit, despite best efforts. It’s quite disappointing to hear talk of a negative review, especially considering that I’ve been completely transparent and fair throughout the process. With Kind Regards, Mitchell
