What a surprise when I received an email yesterday morning saying that your order had been cancelled. After speaking to Catawiki customer service, it appears that you asked for your order to be cancelled after a few days. It can happen that sellers do not send the item within three days, and for one reason or another shipments are delayed, I have never had any problems since I have been selling on Catawiki, and your comment is extremely hurtful, insulting, and defamatory, and violates my professional principles, Please think that after 7 days, it's not necessarily an act of malpractice on my part, as I've written to you several times.
