Take care: I've been scammed by this vendor. The product arrived damaned. I told her and sent pictures. I've been asked to contact Catawiki but no reply! The payment went through. I can't don anything

The buyer didn't follow the Catawiki main rules required about the three guidelines days, reported the item was damaged not in time. I've immediatly suggest to contact Catawiki to find a solution. The item was well packed and not fragile. The carrier has responsibility when they take control of cargo from the seller. The buyer takes responsibility when it signs off on the shipment after delivery by essentially stating the cargo was in good condition when they received it. It sounds not correct not to proceed through the official lines when you ask for a refound.
