Nicolas de Crécy (1966) is a French artist, cartoonist, and comic book writer. He was a co-author of Léon la Came, a work that won the Angoulême International Comics Festival Prize for Best Album in 1998.

Produced in two volumes between 1995 and 1996, Super Monsieur Fruit is one of the first works of Nicolas de Crécy, one of the most prominent authors of the new generation of French cartoonists.
This book, halfway between surrealism and graphic experimentation, brings together the complete adventures of an obese journalist who, despite the contempt of his peers, puts on a superhero suit to ensure the peace of New York-sur-Loire.
