It's an EMI recording Mfd in the U.K. PCS 7088.
This copy is in a superb Near mint close to mint condition.
Sleeve info:
Beautiful laminated sleeve with sticker on the back 'Made in England'
Only a minor damage on the front (see scans)
Garrod &Lofthouse International Ltd.
1st cover variation with drain showing on crossing.
'Her Majesty' not listed on tracklist.
With original plain white innersleeve.
