A beautiful manual sewing machine by the "Singer Manufacturing Co". The machine was produced in New York, USA. The production number is 4.006.622. The machine was (judging by the production number) made in 1881. The machine is a very luxury model with lots of inlaid mother of pearl and a bone handle. Beautifully decorated with many and colourful ornaments and gold-coloured edges, as well as a beautiful golden factory logo. Beautiful copper shield with the text "The Singer Mfg Co. NY "and an image of the shuttle. The machine has a beautiful mahogany dust cover with a nice handle and a storage compartment inside. The dimensions are l x w x h 43x24x24 cm and including the dust cover 43x24x29 cm. The weight is approx. 12 kg. The sewing machine will be well-packed and shipped, but it can also be collected in Haarlem.
