Beautiful leather, large-size Gladstone doctor's bag / overnight bag / travel bag. Nice robust look and made of beautiful thick leather. Very sturdy bag. Nice dark blue colour. Size approx. W. 60 x H. 32 (without handles) x D. 35 cm. Closes with two straps, buckle and bracket fastening. Robust sturdy handle. Brass hardware. One large inner compartment, fully lined with ornately decorated fabric. With an extra small storage compartment, can be closed with a zipper. On the bottom there are six 'feet' attached, so the bag itself is protected when it is placed on the ground. On the front is an extra storage compartment, which closes with a belt closure. On the back is an extra compartment, which closes with a zip. Good to use for weekend trips. But also very nice as decoration/storage in a (living) room, also in a colonial interior, with for example a living room rug in it. Also very suitable for a cool mancave! Condition: in good condition with the usual traces of wear. A few small wear marks in the leather on the corner points on the bottom. See photos for this. The lining fabric is intact and clean. Minor repair to the mounting handle. Over the years, the bag has gained a beautiful patina. Will be sent by registered mail.
