A rare 21,6 K gold male deity head bead talisman from the early Bactrian culture, first millennium BC.
In good condition. It has been cleaned, but the nice antique patina is preserved. Some sandy deposits can remain in the layers. If applicable, the holes are ancient, hand-made, irregular.
In wearable condition!
Bought by Dr Zelnik in 1980s / Islamabad during a diplomatic mission in the region.
