Biography
Mouri Baiyu (1871-1953)
Japanese painter. Born in Nagoya(Owari domain).
Born in Taku. His nickname was Shiki. Also known as Hanso and Chikueido.
Studied under Baiitsu Yamamoto, Chikuto Nakabayashi, Chokunyu Tanomura, and others.
He taught many students and became a member of the Tokai Art Association.
He devoted himself to the Chukyo art world.
He died in 1953 at the age of 82.
