S Arizona between Liverpool and New York (60 pages) Log of Journey to America July 1892 - "Started from Nottingham at 2.30 a for Liverpool when I saw to Dr Crew for the last time, as he had come to a violent end by his own hand before my return... Breakfasted at the Adelphi & then went on to the Gion offices & went through the formalities there and at the Board of Trade offices and was duly appointed surgeon to the S. Passing right through the tunnel of water you reach the wooden pathway at the point where it diverged to the front of the fall.
