De locomotieven rijden foutloos, maar dat is bekend want Atlas treinen zijn betrouwbaar. Alleen op de GP 38 zit een handreling los, want de hekjes zijn erg dun en kwetsbaar. De locomotieven zijn allemaal voorzien van Microtrain koppelingen. Hierdoor zijn de loks eenvoudig door een magneetje in de baan los te koppelen 1 X BL-2, Rock Island, decoder nr. 29 1 X RS-1, Rock Island, decoder nr. 44 1 X U-25B Chesapeak & Ohio, decoder nr. 36 1 X GP-38 Chesapeak & Ohio, decoder nr. 45 4 diesel locomotives, from the Rock Island and Chesapeak & Ohio companies. All locomotives (with the exception of the BL 2) are very lightly weathered from the factory. The locomotives run flawlessly, but that is known because Atlas trains are reliable. Only on the GP 38 a handrail is loose, because the handrails are very thin and vulnerable. The locomotives are all equipped with Microtrain couplings.
