Nukina Suō (March 1778 - May 6, 1863 [1]) was a Confucian scholar, calligrapher, and literary figure in the late Edo period. painter. He was a master literati painter of the late Edo period, and his calligraphy in particular is praised as one of the three brush strokes of the end of the Edo period.
