Very old and highly detailed gold lacquered wooden Japanese Buddhist statue in remarkable condition given the age. See for example the beautiful serene face and lotus throne with detailed petal lappets.
Amida sits with its hands in Dhyana Meditation Mudra or Contemplation Mudra.
Signs of aging, see photos. E.g. this Buddha statue used to have small deities attached. The one on top is still present.
