Lot of two Ancient Roman Coins of Probus.
1. Probus (280AD). Antoninianus. Obv: IMP PROBVS AVG, Radiate bust left, wearing imperial mantle, holding eagle-tipped sceptre. Rev: ROMAE AETER, Hexastyle temple with Roma seated within, holding Victory and sceptre. Mintmark R-crescent-B. Rome mint. RIC VII 185.
2. Probus (276-282 AD). Antoninianus. Obv: PROBVS PF AVG, Radiate, cuirassed bust right. Rev: ADVENTUS AVG, Probus on horseback galloping left, trampling fallen enemy. Mintmark R-wreath-Δ. Rome mint.
