This is a set of two Japanese kitchen knives.
The blade is made of molybdenum stainless steel, so it is less prone to rust compared to regular stainless steel and exhibits excellent wear resistance.
Crafted in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, the most renowned town for cutlery in Japan, these knives are made by Noshu Masamune 濃州正宗. Known for their sharpness resembling Japanese swords, these knives by Noshu Masamune 濃州正宗 are expertly honed by skilled craftsmen to a mere 0.1mm. They enhance the umami of ingredients, resulting in delicious dishes. The set includes the original box.
