Unnumbered (16 pp.) with a selection of 12 b/w photographs, with an Afterword and Acknowledgments. 21.5 x 23 cm. Slight foxing on the front cover, the back cover has a small stain. Slight traces of erased text under the signature. Inside very good. Quite a collectable publication.
