This strip features a beautiful close up of Axa, as well as a atmospheric long shot with a long staircase and a final panel which speaks for itself. A nice touch is that 'The Rulers' of the Sea-Dome are all women as the society is fiercely Matriarchal. The strip is date stamped on the reverse by the Sun Newspaper, so we know this was first published on 15th October 1979.
