Enchanting antique English tea/ coffee set from the Georgian era app 1850. Silved electroplated by the well known Elkington, who was one of the most important makers of the times to introduce the galvanic system for silver plating. Very elaborate and rare design decorated with Medusa head and initials, all pieces are marked with maker's symbols, S for Sheffield and in some pieces is written Elkington on the bottom.
