Gandhara Stucco Warrior Figure Circa 4th century AD This interesting stucco figure of a warrior commands attention with its dynamic posture, standing slightly swaying to the side with knees bent. The warrior's bare torso contrasts with the draped garment tied at the hips. In the left hand, the figure holds a dagger in its scabbard. The finely rendered facial features, including almond-shaped eyes and fleshy lips, add to the figure's realism and presence. The head is crowned with a cascade of wavy hair, and large annular-shaped earrings embellish his earlobes. It comes with a modern, custom-made stand.
