- Stunning HUGE Cartel / Clock / Pendulum
in Golden BRONZE.
Superb large "railway" domed dial porcelain with double blue + black Roman / Arabics numerals, "LOUIS XVI" style hands.
- Exceptional clock in gilded bronze, large fluted Doric columns, Chiseled dome with a nice floral column.
- Very refined ornamentation in the pure Louis XVI taste, a decoration of olive leaves, oak leaves, gadroons, floral garlands, braids, rose vines and grooves.
This clock is about 135 years old.
The 8-day key movement works good, strikes the hours and half hours on request, for current use, may need to be revised by the new purchaser because the date of the last revision is unknown).
Clock delivered complete with its key, its bell and its pendulum.
Exceptional cartel / table or mantel clock.
