"Hans Hansen, or Hans í Mikladali (Nov. 14, 1920 – 1970) was a Faroese painter, educated in Copenhagen and exhibited widely in the North: Reykjavik, Lerwick, Torshavn and many other places." On the back of the board there are both painter's holographic signature and the word "stilleben" which means "still life" in danish. The condition of the painting is perfect. The painting is made with a thick brush, oil on plywood, the colors are vivid, vibrant. The frame is as I found the painting, it is vintage, a small dot is missing on the edge. The dimensions of the painted plywood are 20.5 cm wide and 13 cm high. The total dimensions with frames are 32 cm wide, 24 cm high and 3 cm thick. The painting was purchased from the flea market and does not have a certificate. The package will be packed with great care and will be sent with international tracking.
