The lanyard hole in the knife was removed in the custom order as it is believed by the owner that an ideal chef knife does not need that. The smaller one is Fisherman Kitchen utility chef knife with beautiful burl. It is called “Beth’s Blade,” as it was wielded in one scene by actress Kelly Reilly, who portrays Beth Dutton, daughter of rancher John Dutton, the central character in the series, during one episode. Later on based on the knives popularity the company continued this model till date. These three knives are custom ordered on personalized details and specifications.
