This is the fifth negative review (from 1987) this year that has to do with the shipping company and not with us. The situation is different for these customers, GLS did a top job here, as is the case with 99.95% of them, and delivered the package to Valencia within four days. Here is the text from GLS Shipping Company: Shipment delivered to the parcel shop Friday, 31 May 24 at 16:22 Mr Primo (buyer), claimed just a day ago that we had cheated him (charges are pending against him) and that we had not sent the package at all. Now he was at home (not the case at first?!) GLS did not try to deliver the package and delivered it to the parcel shop. Then he could not pick up the package there, after we explained to him that he did not have to do this, but only called (contact details were provided) and arranged a new delivery date, he wrote that he could not do this? Incredibly bad customer who keeps coming up with new stories from the "Thousand and One Nights"! BLACKGOLD Memorabilia
