"Zenit-C" Model-1 Issue-2 Factory defect: without the inscription "Festival" 1957 Functionality: the lens is working - the lens elements are clean, focusing and aperture operation is smooth and easy. The viewfinder shaft is clean, viewfinder visibility is good - without distortion or aberration. The diaphragm blades are dry and free of excess lubrication. The shutter is operational, the mirror reflects normally, but not all shutter speeds work correctly, the mirror and shutter may not operate synchronously. The synchronization contact has not been tested for functionality. "Zorkiy-4" Model-1 Issue-6 1964 Functionality: the lens and viewfinder lenses are clean, viewfinder visibility is good - without distortion, focusing and aperture operation is smooth and pleasant. The diaphragm blades are dry and free of excess lubrication. The shutter handles the entire range of shutter speeds perfectly. The self-timer lever works. The sync contact was not checked due to the lack of a flash. The last photograph presented in the lot (on the right is a description of the camera, the series and its features) is a photo copy from the catalogue, a screenshot is presented as a reference for identifying the model and is not part of the lot. Attention!! The cameras show all signs of full or partial operability, but the functional description is presented to potential buyers for information about the operability of the mechanisms and optics, but I am not a manufacturer’s guarantor and do not provide a warranty for this equipment. I, just a collector and a passionate lover of antique cameras, and as a doctor, I simply describe the patient’s diagnosis, but I give the right of treatment to the future buyer, depending on whether he will take photographs with it or whether he will just have it in his collection on a shelf for beauty and ambiance. To avoid claims: the items presented in the listing are sold as museum or collection exhibits, without a guarantee of full functionality or use for their intended purpose, since they were not tested with film, final photographs were not taken of them, the warranty period provided by the manufacturer expired more than 60 -80 years ago !!
