Regarding the condition of the item:
Many of the items we handle are pre-owned. There are various conditions, ranging from items that are close to new to items with stains, scratches, discoloration, or other signs of use, and the condition of each item is described together with the photos.

Basic operation checks have been performed at the time of listing, but we do not guarantee accuracy, long-term operation, functionality, battery life, radio-controlled or signal-based functions, water resistance, or future performance.

The photos form part of the item description, so please be sure to review them before bidding, and place a bid or win the item only after agreeing to the condition of the item. The item is basically sold as is.

Regarding the gender category:
The gender category is selected based on Catawiki’s listing guidance.

If the watch has a crown and the case diameter is 30 mm or larger, we select “Men.”
If the watch has a crown and the case diameter is less than 30 mm, we select “Women.”
If the watch has a 30–33 mm case diameter and no crown, we select “Unisex.”

Regarding Shipping:
After payment confirmation, we will ship from Japan using a trackable international shipping method. The shipping carrier and shipping service may vary depending on the destination country, the price of the item, and the shipping status. We will inform you of the tracking information after shipping.
Please note that if you request a specific shipping method, additional shipping fees may apply.

Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and other related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

In accordance with Catawiki’s policy, the item will only be shipped to the delivery address registered with Catawiki. Requests to change the delivery address or recipient after the auction has ended cannot be accepted.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees, and other related charges are generally the responsibility of the buyer unless they are separately collected by Catawiki during checkout.

Returns and Cancellations:
Returns, cancellations, and disputes will be handled in accordance with Catawiki’s policies. Returns will only be accepted when the item is materially different from the listing description.

If a return or delivery problem occurs due to circumstances attributable to the buyer—including refusal of delivery, failure to pay import duties or taxes, failure to complete customs-clearance procedures, or an incorrect or incomplete registered address—the buyer may be responsible for the resulting return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and administrative fees, subject to Catawiki’s policies.
