Antique hand-cranked ice cream maker
Beautiful and rare ice cream maker from the second half of the 19th century by the famous Austrian company HUSQVARNA. How to: get some juice, water, sugar, or, eggs, cream and sugar, depending on your taste, put everything in the round metal container and place it in the wooden buckect where ice has been placed inside, suitably crushed, mixed with coarse salt. In this cooling cavity, turn the container clockwise so that, little by little, the liquid comes in contact with the cold outside and then coagulates. As the ice melts the water comes out of the hole in the bucket. The metal container can hold 2 liters of product.
