The board is made of stylish mahogany-coloured wood with a sunken centre that is lined with green felt. The print is in gold. Below the playing field is a drawer for the banker. The compartments are also lined with green felt. The drawer features a knob with a solid bronze Monopoly coin. The other 3 sides of the board feature a gold-coloured Monopoly shield.
The subsurface of the streets has the same mahogany colour as the wood. Even the manual and the "Portfolio Properties" are in this colour.
The banknotes are also very luxurious and are especially designed for the Edition for collectors. There is twice as much money as usual. The red and yellow Chance and Community Chest cards all include illustrations with ‘Sugar Daddy’.
The complete game took in 1993: f 2350.0-.
