Beautiful BeoGram 4002 by Bang & Olufsen. A beautiful design by Jacob Jensen. Fits in every interior and plays beautifully. Most beautiful turntable ever made! This Beogram 4002 came on the market in 1974 and has become an iconic record player. Unique combination of solid aluminium together with a real wood plinth. This gives a modern yet warm atmosphere. A fully automatic turntable equipped with the revolutionary tangential arm. Partly due to the low needle pressure, from only 1.2 grams. this turntable plays beautifully and is very gentle with your records. Provided with an original MMC20E cartridge by B&O, with elliptical genuine polished diamond needle tip. This perfectly working pick-up is simple and completely electronically controlled. The operation is almost like that of a CD player. Play, fast forward, electronic stop all work perfectly. The lift button is the pause function. The record player still looks great for it’s age. Has been fitted with a new drive belt. Has some slight dirt marking on the aluminium, but certainly not disturbing. All the lights work and hood is also neat.
