Beautiful large Chinese elephant made in ceramic. Is glazed, with green celadon as dominant colour. The elephant stands with raised trunk for fortune, and has a square part on its back on which a plant, vase or lamp can be placed. It could also serve as sitting stool.
It will give blessing and bring prosperity to the residents and visitors when placed at the front entrance.
The elephant features lots of Chinese characters representing fortune, wealth and health.
Is pristine.
Made at the end of the previous century.
Measurements are 60 cm long, 58 cm high and 25 cm deep.
