The Mobilization cross 1914-1918, is a ministerial notification from 1925 also called "Mobilization-Memorial Cross" is a private institution. The cross was granted by the "National Committee Commemoration Mobilisation 1914" on August 1, 1924 and in an army order from 1924 soldiers were granted permission to wear the cross, and the baton, on the uniform. There is no Royal Decree set up, but the army order mentions that "the HM the Queen was pleased, as a token of appreciation of the services, proven by the armed forces during the mobilised state to the land, to determine the remembrance cross, initiated by the National Committee Commemoration Mobilization 1914, also in uniform - as well as out of service - may be worn.
