Special features:
The type cylinder and the character field are easily interchangeable and can be delivered in 49 different fonts, which makes the Mignon extremely versatile. No switching to uppercase letters and characters necessary.
History:
The "Mignon 2" was the first "Mignon" produced in larger numbers. It was manufactured by AEG - Deutsche Schreibmaschinen GmbH in Berlin from 1905 onward. It was built until 1913 and subsequently replaced by the "Mignon 3" and in 1924 by the "Mignon 4" with production in Erfurt.
Condition: Visually very good, technically in working order, original paint, it was completely disassembled, cleaned and repaired.
Scope of delivery: Typewriter with type cylinder Pica D 2, ink ribbon, base plate.
