This original Vitra Panton chair (classic) is an original by Moet & Chandon. The chairs were part of an international campaign for the launch of the new vintage champagne - Grand Vintage 2000 - During a tour of selected, German restaurants a golden custom-made table with the gold Panton chairs set up at each - and there the new vintage champagne was served out for tasting. Only 250 of these chairs were produced worldwide and was never officially up for sale. This is no. 81 of 250. The Panton chair has signs of use in the form of scratches and small chips to the paint on the seat and sides due to use at the dinner. It is nevertheless in a good condition and has NO breaks or cracks. This special chair is an absolute rarity.
