I am offering a high-quality, excellent Persian Tabriz carpet in very good condition. This approx. 1.5 cm thick carpet captivates with its elaborate pattern design and harmonious colours. Many believe that Tabriz is the oldest of all carpet centres worldwide. Since the second half of the 19th century, Tabriz, the capital of Azerbaijan Province in northwest Persia, has been the market centre for carpets. Carpets of various qualities up to the finest knotted pieces are manufactured here. Tabriz carpets are very sought-after on the world market.
