6 Excellent late Napoleon 111 Napkins in part cotton and linen. I particularly like the large single initial B ,embroidered in high relief and very visible in light. Both the the main letter B and the smaller letters in the corner A.B. were hand embroidered and with some panache and beautifully executed. The smaller initials a.b. were embroidered in single cross stitch. The small cloches ( bells) on the borders I have not seen before and are very pleasant and give the napkin a luxurious touch. Lastly they are typically large at 85x70cm for that period. and unique.  PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: Due to the sharp increase of fuel prices we had to look for more competitive French transport companies. In spite of the great care we take during the preparation, small imperfections can and may escape us. They do not in any way call into question the unique and rare character of these wonderful pieces. I present you our Antique linen unwashed, as taken out of the armoire, unless otherwise described .
