OVERVIEW/CONDITION First registered in September 1992, this Mk1 Renault Clio 1.8 16V benefits from a recent full respray and engine restoration, which was completed in November 2023. Under the bonnet sits a naturally aspirated 1.8-litre fuel-injected 16-valve inline-four, delivering around 137PS to the front wheels via a five-speed manual transmission. This Clio’s most recent maintenance was carried out by Technical Machine in Milan, which consisted of a complete mechanical restoration, with various new parts installed such as new tyres fitted, the clutch replaced, all new brake discs and pads, and a full engine rebuild, including a new radiator, and all new filters. Prior to this, the car was serviced in 2021 by Officina Cassano in Genova. A full respray has been carried out, and the interior plastics are reported to be original and are showing signs of age.
