Frandsen Friis & Moltke - Függő lámpa (1) - Minneapolis - Fém

Minneapolis is the perfect fusion of Scandinavian and Japanese design with a focus on minimalist clean lines that are aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. Design by Friis & Moltke (1982). The Minneapolis lamp series was created in connection with Friis & Moltke's design of the Scanticon Hotel and Conference Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA in 1984 (today Crown Plaza). The Minneapolis is defined by its wide circular shade mounted on a slender stem. The matte black and white color options are timeless and easy to place in almost any environment. The series includes a pendant, a floor lamp, a table lamp and a wall lamp. The lamps are made of coated metal. With its clean expression, the Minneapolis range works well in many decor and furnishing styles that extend well beyond the hospitality industry. The Minneapolis pendant is a medium-sized pendant that offers a functional downward-facing light, perfectly suited for the dining or kitchen table. The Minneapolis Pendant is available in black and white and comes with a black fabric cord and black canopy. Designer: Knud Friis (1926-2010) and Elmar Moltke Nielsen (1924-1997) founded FRIIS & MOLTKE in 1954. In The 1960s introduced the Danes to their mild version of brutalism, which often featured huge, robust building structures hidden into the landscape, raw concrete walls and visible technical installations. Knud Friis and Elmar Moltke Nielsen had a unique creative partnership and their ground-breaking projects both in Denmark and abroad had a decisive impact on Danish architecture. The two partners worked together on virtually all the buildings in which their joint practice was involved.
