MG B Roadster "Rubber bumpers" manufactured in 1978. The car I bought from a dealer of classic and sports cars, RT CLASSIC GARAGE, in July 2021. Since I got this car, I have done about 2000 km. I drove the first season without any failures, and in the winter the car had a thorough service. - replacing all fluids (oil in the engine, gearbox, diff, coolant, oil in carburetors) - sealing all leaks and new gaskets (valve cover, differential, oil pan, carburetors) - valve adjustment - timing chain tensioner repair - preventive replacement of the head gasket - head planning - valves tuned up - carburettors regeneration - carburettors adjustment and synchronisation - installation different base of air filters on carburettors - additional fuel filter installed - adding an additional tank for overflows in the carburettor - setting the ignition to the lamp - conversion of the ignition device to electronic ignition. - replaced ignition coil - new spark plugs - inspection of the electrical installation The car originally is from US. After that was imported to Germany and after few years imported to Poland. I'm first registered keeper in Poland. The car has fresh paint. There is few little scratches, but no dents and no rust at all. I have opened my own service book and there is everything what i done noted and stamped by my mechanic. There is also plenty of paperwork from years before i have owned it. There is ZERO RUST on the body and chassis! Everything in the car works as it should, mechanically it is in perfect condition. The engine works perfectly. It is lively and responds very well to gas. The suspension is stiff. The brakes are also fully working as should The interior of the MG is in very good condition. The floor covering is also new and refreshed. The seats are still original but in perfect condition! Inside there is a more modern radio, along with Bluetooth and a hands-free kit. Externally it has original "Rubber bumpers". "Rubber Bumpers" - were a requirement of the old law abroad that during a collision at low speed, e.g. in a traffic jam, they did not cause much damage. The bodywork is also in very good condition. The MG has a front bumper lip, which is a very rare element in this type of vehicle. It visually lowers the vehicle and gives it an even more sporty character. The roof folds very well and easily - by hand, of course. It is also in good condition, the rear window is intact.
