A captivating collection of 24 Chinese export porcelain pieces, comprising both botanical plates and tea cups, specifically crafted for the French market around 1775. Each item features a scalloped rim adorned with enameled diaper patterns, while the shallow center is beautifully decorated with hand-painted enamels illustrating pairs of stemmed chrysanthemum blooms tied with blue ribbons. The design includes a conforming circular foot on the underside. Originating from the China East India Company in the 17th century, this set exemplifies the exquisite Famille Rose style.
