On the southeast slopes of this mountain, the grapes are grown on 14 terraces. The grapes are completely destemmed and crushed. Maturation takes place in concrete tanks and oak barrels, 1/3 of which are renewed annually. Strong wine, high red in color with complex aromas of plums and cherries, powerful and spicy, with beautiful ripe tannins. Well balanced with a powerful aftertaste. In short, a beautiful Fronsac! This wine can be drunk young (from three years old), but those who prefer mature wines can safely keep this wine for many years. 2x 1986 Château Faure-Beauséjour, Fronsac Fronsac wines offer a complex bouquet of red fruits, spices, dense tannins which always remain elegant, generally with a well-coated and very ripe side. The 1986 vintage was an excellent vintage with a large harvest. The red wines were austere, tannic. The cabernets were very colorful, not very nosey at the start, they were just waiting to age.
