Functionality: the lens elements are clean, focusing and aperture operation is smooth and easy. The viewfinder is clean, visibility through the viewfinder could not be determined, since the mirror does not reflect and the shutter does not cock to transmit the image to the viewfinder. The exposure meter is functional and reacts to light flux. The diaphragm blades are dry and free of excess lubrication. The shutter is not fully functional: it does not work correctly: some shutter speeds are triggered, and some are not, while the mirror remains static and does not reflect. But since a total of five varieties of Zenit-4 cameras were produced, only 19,740 pieces were produced, then using simple arithmetic we can approximately determine 19,740/5 = 3,948 pieces of this particular variety were produced.The last screenshot shows the official figures for the total number of cameras produced from the KMZ official website,
Only a few collectors can boast of such a camera, and the rest can only be envious, since they cannot have them in their collection due to low circulation and rarity.
