- Colour: Chestnut
- Nose: Apple crumble with custard, raspberries, mango, coconut ice cream, banana split, pear drops, nail varnish remover, boat varnish, model aircraft glue and paint, and motorbike leather.
- Mouth: A touch of esters with glue, paint, varnish, freshly printed magazines and rubber mats, followed by banana fritters, apple dessert, fruit syrup and cardamom.
- Finish: Custard cake gives way to chocolate cake and fruitcake.
Conclusion: A tantalising vintage, warm and spicy, with the esters singing in the glass.
