The Macallan Harmony Rich Cacao is the first edition in the new limited release of The Macallan which was made in collaboration with Jordi Roca, pastry chef at El Celler in Can Roca. Inspired by the visit of the Whisky Maker Polly Logan to the famous Cacao House in Girona, this single malt aged in former sherry seasons oak casks is able to make you live experience and a unique combination of whisky and chocolate. A single malt with a natural colour of toasted cocoa beans comes to the nose with hints of dark chocolate, honey, lime and ginger. On the palate, dark chocolate, honey, dates, vanilla and cinnamon.
