Il venditore ha dichiarato che la penna era funzionante mentre va restaurata, inoltre ha messo le misure sbagliate, gli ho scritto mi ha indicato la soluzione in un rimborso parziale ma poi è sparito 

Cambiar un saco de tinta no vale 60€, le ofrecí 30€ para su sustitución, pero usted decía que eso no cubría, le ofrecí la devolución y tampoco la quiso, la pluma está restaurada, los sacos se rompen.
