The item arrived broken. When replying to our claim the seller blamed the carrier. A total disrespect for the obligations that he was bound to. As regards Catawiki, we didn’t even get a reply…

You received the goods on 09/24/2024, and your claim was received only on 10/10/2024. It is completely unclear what happened to the goods during these two weeks.
The condition of the goods should be checked immediately upon receipt in the presence of the courier.
