It arrived broken but with a scotch on the broken glass i.e. was shipped already broken

I don't know what you mean by Scotch. The item was not sent out broken, what covered the glass is tape and that helps it from getting broken. The picture clearly shows the item not broken.

Amazing contact with the owner, the lost my order with UPS but with good help form the owner i have it now!
