The buyer was dissatisfied with the item received. I wrote to him to return the carafe and inform Catawiki about the return. The buyer did not do this. He sent the carafe back to me, bypassing the returns procedure. After returning the carafe, I received it damaged. I wrote to him that I would accept the return provided that he sent the item back undamaged. The comment was made unfairly and maliciously.
