No se encuentra en excelente estado ya que la carcasa inferior está golpeada y el aparato no descansa sobre sus 4 patas, solo sobre 3 y me imagino que ha sufrido su electrónica interior dicho golpe.

It got damaged during shipping & these things happen during shipping. We are here to help you & will be trying our best to accommodate you! It could have been better to contact us first rather than giving us a bad review, which we are not entirely responsible for. Shipping companies do not always handle fragile vintage equipment as they should. Nonetheless, we are working on the solution.

Did you ever contact us? All we see is your feedback with harsh words. It could have been better if you had contacted us via Catawiki message service and told us that the phone is not working, or you could have contacted Catawiki Support Service. I am sure your grievances could have been addressed professionaly but you decided just to give feedback with inappropriate wording.

There are no speaker covers provided. I reread the advertisement for them again and there was no comment they are not included. I am hoping there is an oversight and they can be provided.

I bought the camera & on different site a charger the charger is working but the camera is not both battery’s have been tried I went to a store who gave me a test battery still not turning on

Hi Nick, we are sorry to hear that! Can you please charge the batteries overnight and place them in the camera fully charged. Turn on the camera it should work. If not, contact us. We will sort it out
