On the positive side is the fact that the wooden box was also shipped separately packed. The packaging needed some more attention because the bottles could move up and down inside the carton.

I think something went wrong with sending. Normally the case would be shipped separately from the bottles of wine. It may happen that the box is removed by a carrier due to the maximum size, or that something has gone wrong. I'll have an investigation done after this. Thank you for your criticism.
