The product came well-packed. However, it would have been nice if the seller would have at least mentioned in the description that only one of the cups have the right glass, the rest are much smaller.

Item returned, very poor quality. Seller is stating I damaged the item and is not returning money. Looking at previous reviews, I now notice also others had quality issues with deliveries.

The buyer was dissatisfied with the item received. I wrote to him to return the carafe and inform Catawiki about the return. The buyer did not do this. He sent the carafe back to me, bypassing the returns procedure. After returning the carafe, I received it damaged. I wrote to him that I would accept the return provided that he sent the item back undamaged. The comment was made unfairly and maliciously.
