A contemporary version of the classic Extra 1930 made with materials prized for their technological merit, the Extra Hi Tech features a dimpled cap and blind cap in solid aluminium. All trims, including the cap band, grip section, ring, thread and clip, with signature Montegrappa rolling ball end-piece, are fashioned from titanium. The barrel is formed of carbon fibre. The final item exudes a sense of utter modernity.
Owing to the nature of the chosen materials, the Extra Hi Tech offers a lighter weight than its siblings. It thus presents itself as the perfect writing tool for those who write for long periods, for whom any extra heft might be prohibitive.
